What is the return policy on Coyu.com?


Some of our products are eligible for return and replacements. There are some items that are made-to-order that are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for each product is clearly stated on its respective product page.

If the product is eligible for return or replacement, you can submit a request through the My Orders section on the website within 7 days of delivery. Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, in their original packaging, and eligible for return, can be returned or replaced.

How are returns processed?


Once you submit a return request, we will arrange a pick-up for the item. Our courier partners will collect the product within 3-5 business days of receiving your request. Once the pick-up is completed, we will initiate your refund, which may take up to 7 days to process. Alternatively, you can also return the product to any of our stores.

How will I receive the refund for my returned product?

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method, whether it's a bank account, credit, or debit card. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will need to provide their bank details to receive the refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned product?

Refunds are processed after the product is picked up by our courier partner or returned in-store. Once initiated, the refund may take up to 7 days to reflect in your account.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can return any eligible products within 7 days of delivery. However, some items may not be returnable or exchangeable. The return and exchange policy for each product is clearly stated on its product page.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product is eligible for size exchange, you can submit a request through the My Orders section on the website within 7 days of delivery. In some cases, minor size and fit alterations may be possible. Our team will do its best to assist with size exchanges and alterations, subject to availability.
